Two years ago, there was a lot of buzz about the highly anticipated construction of Aston Martin Residences in Miami. The iconic British automotive brand made a bold decision to venture into luxury residences, joining a select few automotive companies in this industry. With over a century of experience in luxury automobiles, Aston Martin Residences developed a property at 300 Biscayne Boulevard, one of Miami’s most coveted addresses. The 66-story luxury residential building is situated on the Miami River with stunning views of Biscayne Bay.
Marek Reichman, Executive Vice President and Chief Creative Officer of Aston Martin explained,
Melding a captivating design aesthetic with one of the city’s most idyllic locations, on one of the last parcels of the Miami waterfront, the ultra-luxury Aston Martin Residence adds further distinction to the already expressive Miami skyline. We think this project firmly sets the mark for luxury residential design around the world.
While other brands have also announced their entry into luxury residential development, Aston Martin was the pioneering force in this arena, making them the first luxury real estate venture by the British manufacturer. Now the tallest residential building south of New York City, the structure was designed in partnership with architect Rodolfo Miani of Bodas Miani Anger and built by development firm G&G. Both of these globally renowned companies have received critical acclaim for their work in developing landmark properties that redefine a city’s skyline.
Aston Martin Residences, which offers 391 residences, provides its residents with breathtaking views of the Atlantic Ocean and Biscayne Bay. In an article published by the team behind the residences they state,
World-class amenities will include a two-level fitness centre overlooking Biscayne Bay, spinning studio, boxing gym, virtual golf room, art gallery, chef’s kitchen, private dining room and catering kitchen, business centre, kids’ room, two cinemas, as well as a full-service spa, beauty salon, and barber station.
The property hosted its ribbon-cutting ceremony with Miami Mayor Francis Suarez, Marek Reichman (EVP and Chief Creative Officer at Aston Martin), German Coto (CEO of G&G Business Developments), Gloria Coto (Managing Director of G&G Business Developments), Rodolfo Miani (Bodas Miani Anger Architects), and other key figures who contributed to making the building a remarkable addition to Miami’s skyline. Munir Maluf (Founder and CEO of Miami Parking, Inc.) and Victor Medina (District Manager) were also invited to attend.
German Coto, CEO of G&G Business Developments stated,
Reaching this important milestone makes me and my family proud to develop products that change people’s lives and have a positive impact on the city, while protecting and respecting the natural environment. Our love for beauty and passion for excellence is perfectly translated into the Aston Martin Residences that is redefining the Miami skyline.
Miami Parking is honored to be the valet hospitality and parking management provider for Aston Martin Residences. We are thankful for the chance to welcome every resident and their guests and to open the door to a unique luxury residential property that will have a lasting impact on the city.
